St. Joseph’s Health has outlined the following pay practices for today’s snow storm.
- Employees who called out during the Declared Weather Emergency will be paid Unscheduled BTB time, if available.
- Employees whose department was closed during the Declared Weather Emergency will be paid, nonproductive time for their shift.
- Active team members who have been previously approved to work remotely will be paid regular time for hours worked.
