In accordance with the most current CDC guidelines we have amended our COVID-19 testing as follows:

 If a patient that is being admitted to the hospital or scheduled for a procedure or surgery has had a documented case of COVID-19 or a positive antibody test within 3 months of that admission or procedure, a COVID-19 PCR test will not be required.

These patients also do not require isolation.

 All other  patients continue to require a COVID-19 PCR test on admission to the hospital and 96 hours before the scheduled procedure or surgery.
