Important Payroll Update

As we continue addressing any paycheck discrepancies for this past pay period, we thank you again for patience. As a reminder, please carefully review your paycheck and report any errors to your direct supervisor as soon as possible. All TIMS forms must be returned by Tuesday, Jan. 18th at 3:00 p.m. to ensure adjustment checks are issued by Jan. 21th, 2022.

Please note: Missing call back overtime hours are currently being addressed. You do not need to fill out a TIMS form for this situation.

Employees with direct deposit will receive their adjustment via direct deposit on Friday (please be sure to check your bank statement).  For employees receiving a physical paycheck, distribution of adjustment checks will follow normal distribution procedures.

We have also updated the Timekeeper FAQ’s on SJHalert with some additional helpful information. All new information has been highlighted and should be carefully reviewed by all timekeepers.

Important reminders:

1.            Time clock punches are downloaded daily at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. so you will not see the current days punches in the timekeeper view unless they punched in before 8 a.m.

2.            Please enter time and attendance in the downtime system daily, please do not wait until the end of the pay period to enter punch data.

3.            The downtime system will be locked for any given pay period at 10 a.m. on the Monday payroll time keeping is due.
