Some SJH staff are experiencing intermittent cellular issues with Verizon Wireless Phones unable to make or receive calls.
Who is affected: This is a Nationwide Issue with certain phones.
What is being done: IT is closely monitoring the situation and will advise once this is resolved or any other updates we receive.
If you have problems: Please contact IT Customer Support at (973) 754-4494 to report any issues.
Please inform staff in your area who do not have email access about this event.
