We would like to extend a heartfelt gratitude to our incredible hard work and dedicated IT staff during today’s IT outage caused by the CrowdStrike incident.
As of 7pm the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) will be closing and returning to normal operations.
If there are any additional computers found to have issues, please report them to IT Help Desk at (973) 754-4494 providing a location (campus, floor, room) and how many computers are affected.

Much like other businesses and organizations worldwide, St. Joseph’s Health has been affected by the global IT outage that took place overnight. The Emergency Operation Center has been activated to coordinate our response.
At this time, nearly 5,000 computers throughout our organization are impacted. They require a technician to manually fix the issue. Our Information Technology team is deployed and is beginning with computers in acute care areas.
Other systems impacted:
Panic buttons are operational working at this time.
Kronos: Employees must swipe in and out at time clocks.
The Emergency Operation Center (EOC) has activated (as of 5:22am) to assist in the coordinated response to this IT Disruption/Outage.
