Pay Practices for Weather Emergency

St. Joseph’s Health has outlined the following pay practices for today’s snow storm.

  • Employees who called out during the Declared Weather Emergency will be paid Unscheduled BTB time, if available.
  • Employees whose department was closed during the Declared Weather Emergency will be paid, nonproductive time for their shift.
  • Active team members who have been previously approved to work remotely will be paid regular time for hours worked.
