Although we are still processing payroll using our temporary timekeeping system, paychecks will still be issued on Thursday, Jan. 13th, as scheduled.  Please closely review your paychecks to insure they are accurate. Downtime Information for Kronos Timekeepers

Although the employees were clocking in and out, the output file did not reflect such. Please know we did identify an issue with the time clock specifically that data that was being transferred to the output file used for payroll processing.  Thus, it was imperative time missing was manually entering into the downtime system to confirm employees will be paid. IT and HR are working collaborating on correcting the problem for this current pay period.

As a reminder, please do not go to the Nursing Staffing office to obtain PPE for your units.  Each unit should be ordering PPE through the electronic supply requisition process.  Residents and Physicians can still go to the Nursing Staffing office for PPE if they are in need of PPE to see patients.
