All St. Joseph’s Health employees are required to be vaccinated for Influenza or be appropriately exempted by the compliance deadline, as a condition of continued employment. We have revised the compliance deadline from Monday, November 15th to Monday, November 29th
All supervisors/managers received the most up-to-date list of their team members who are not recorded as vaccinated as of November 10th. Please engage with your employees and encourage them to comply with Influenza vaccination requirements.
Where to Get Vaccinated:
St. Joseph’s University Medical Center: Getty/Madison Rooms, Monday through Friday from 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m.
St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center: Employee Health Office, Mondays, 7:30-11:30a.m.; and Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:30a.m to 4:00p.m.
If any of your employees have been vaccinated outside of St. Joseph’s, please forward the supporting documentation to EHdocs@sjhmc.org.
If they wish to apply for exemption, they can do so by completing the appropriate exemption form located on SJH Alert and submit it to vacexemptrequest@sjhmc.org.
