St. Joseph’s Health is pleased once again to offer local hotel accommodations to all eligible employees as we continue to fight the COVID-19 virus. If approved for this program, you will receive free accommodations and up to $25 per day reimbursement for meals.
THE CRITERIA
• You work directly with isolated COVID-19 patients and have concerns about spreading the virus to family members.
• You have a lengthy commute or extended shifts.
• You have an immediate family member who you live with who is self-quarantined or tested positive.
• You are asked by SJH to quarantine due to exposure.
• You have other extenuating circumstances (to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• First, you must complete the online form.
• Once completed it will be reviewed for approval by your manager or supervisor.
• Once approved, St. Joseph’s will provide final approval.
• We will book the reservation and notify you with your accommodation details.
St. Joseph’s will reimburse you up to $25 per day for food. You canpurchase food from any restaurant, take out, to go, or delivery service. Keep all receipts and upon check out, submit your receipts for processing.
