Several employees are booking family members for COVID-19 vaccination by using links that are designated for employee appointments only. Please Note: We have suspended family member appointments on our hospital campuses.

The only exception is for family members who received their first dose at St. Joseph’s; they are to return to the same site for their second dose at their scheduled day and time.
