The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Warning as of 5:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, January 31, 2021, for the approaching Nor’easter snow storm. Due to a shortage of COVID-19 vaccine supply throughout New Jersey, St. Joseph’s Health is implementing the following changes until additional vaccine is allocated to our organization:
First doses for St. Joseph’s Health employees are temporarily suspended. Second doses will continue to be administered at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center (Auditorium) and St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center (Meyer Conference Room). Appointments are not required for second doses.
Thank you for the wonderful response in booking appointments for immediate family members to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations. Not only does this allow us to provide vaccine to the community, but also helps St. Joseph’s to test our processes for when we are able to open a community vaccination center.
