This Friday, St. Joseph’s Health Emergency Management & Preparedness will be conducting a Full-Scale Exercise (FSE) to test and educate our staff on the policies and procedures in response to a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI). As part of this exercise, there will be increased personnel and emergency apparatus in the area of the Paterson campus.
